Shipping Method
All of our packages are shipped from the Czech Republic (EU) via Czech Post, who will forward your package to a local post partner in your country, usually the state postal service. This ensures that your package is handled with care and delivered to your address promptly.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, packages will arrive within 3 to 30 days. The exact delivery time depends on the distance between the Czech Republic and your country, so please be patient as your order makes its way to you.

Delivery Price
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 5€ for all orders, regardless of the destination.

Trackable Shipments
Rest assured that all of our shipments are trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door.

Customs Fees
Please note that for shipments outside of the European Union (EU), customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, for shipments to the United States, the de minimis regulations apply, meaning that there will be no customs fees or duties on orders below a certain value (typically $800 USD).

Lost Packages
While we do everything in our power to ensure your package reaches you safely, in the rare case that your item gets lost during transit, we will provide a full refund for your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that your shopping experience is worry-free.

Welcome to Regenbogen Schmiede. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website https://regenbogen-schmiede.gay and the purchase of jewelry products from Iri Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We act solely as an intermediary between you (the “customer”) and Iri Jewelry.

1. Parties to the Contract

The contract is concluded between the customer and Iri Jewelry. Regenbogen Schmiede acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for the execution of orders or the product warranty.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices on the website are stated in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory VAT. However, additional import costs or customs duties may apply, which the customer is responsible for, depending on the destination country. Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe.

3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order on the website, you are offering to enter into a purchase agreement with us. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email. However, the contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the shipping preparation by Iri Jewelry.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship the products from Czech Republic. Shipping usually occurs within 2 business days after receiving the order. However, it may take up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs are 5€ and are displayed on the website.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or does not match the order.

6. Warranty

All products from Iri Jewelry come with a 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Regenbogen Schmiede assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the products, except in cases of willful or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

The use of your personal data is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website and purchasing products, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data in accordance with this policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the law of the Czech Republic applies. The court of jurisdiction is Prague, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

1. Vertragsparteien

Der Vertrag kommt zwischen dem Kunden und Iri Jewelry zustande. Die Regenbogen Schmiede dient lediglich als Vermittler und übernimmt keine Verantwortung für die Ausführung der Bestellungen oder die Produktgarantie.

2. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen

Alle Preise auf der Webseite sind in Euro (EUR) angegeben und beinhalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer (VAT). Es können jedoch zusätzliche Importkosten oder Zollgebühren anfallen, die je nach Zielland vom Kunden zu tragen sind. Die Zahlung erfolgt über den Zahlungsanbieter Stripe.

3. Bestellungen und Vertragsschluss

Indem Sie eine Bestellung auf der Webseite aufgeben, bieten Sie uns den Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages an. Nach der Bestellung erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung per E-Mail. Der Vertrag wird jedoch erst durch die Bestätigung der Versandvorbereitung durch Iri Jewelry abgeschlossen.

4. Versand und Lieferung

Wir versenden die Produkte aus Tschechien. Der Versand erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 2 Werktagen nach Bestelleingang. Es kann jedoch bis zu 30 Tagen dauern, bis Ihre Bestellung bei Ihnen ankommt. Nach Versand erhalten Sie einen Tracking-Code, mit dem Sie den Status Ihrer Lieferung verfolgen können.

Die Versandkosten betragen 5€ und sind auf der Webseite ersichtlich.

5. Rückgabe und Umtausch

Sie können Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware zurückgeben oder umtauschen. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Kunde, es sei denn, die Ware ist beschädigt oder entspricht nicht der Bestellung.

6. Garantie

Alle Produkte von Iri Jewelry haben eine 2-jährige Garantie, die Herstellungsfehler abdeckt. Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder natürliche Abnutzung sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.

7. Haftungsausschluss

Die Regenbogen Schmiede übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung der Produkte entstehen, außer bei vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten. Die Haftung für indirekte Schäden ist ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

8. Datenschutz

Die Nutzung Ihrer persönlichen Daten erfolgt gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung. Mit der Nutzung der Webseite und dem Kauf von Produkten erklären Sie sich mit der Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Speicherung Ihrer Daten gemäß dieser Erklärung einverstanden.

9. Geltendes Recht und Gerichtsstand
